Event Rules and Guidelines
Supercar Sunday is a free community event. We simply ask that all guests arrive in good spirits, respect the venue, and help keep the event safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
Respect the Event
Supercar Sunday is made possible through the support of our hosts, sponsors, volunteers, and the community. Please help us protect the event by following the guidelines below and encouraging others to do the same.
General Event Rules
No Car Dealers
Supercar Sunday is a community gathering, not a sales lot. Dealer activity, vehicle sales displays, and unsolicited sales conversations are not permitted unless specifically approved by event organizers.
No Revving
Excessive engine revving creates unnecessary noise and draws negative attention to the event. Please be respectful of nearby guests, families, the venue, and the surrounding community.
No Peeling Out
Burnouts, hard launches, and aggressive exits are unsafe and put the future of the event at risk. Please enter and leave calmly so everyone can continue enjoying Supercar Sunday.
No Racing
This is a casual community event, not a competition. Racing or reckless driving on campus, nearby streets, or while entering and leaving the event is strictly prohibited.
No Saving Spots
Parking is first come, first served. Please do not block spaces, hold spots, or create conflicts with other attendees who are arriving and looking for a place to park.
Do Not Be Uncool
Be kind, be patient, and use common sense. Supercar Sunday works best when everyone treats each other, the cars, the venue, and the volunteers with respect.
Marketing & Displays
Approved Sponsors Only
Supercar Sunday is made possible thanks to the generous support of approved event sponsors. To respect their involvement, marketing and promotional activity is limited to approved sponsors only.
No Unauthorized Promotion
Guests may not market products or services, set up displays, hand out materials, or conduct general promotional activity without prior approval from event organizers.
Venue Guidelines
Respect Pierce College
Please observe all Pierce College rules and regulations while on campus. We are guests of the venue, and respectful behavior helps ensure the event can continue.
Use Approved Entrances
Please use the Victory Blvd. and Mason St. entrances for Supercar Sunday. These are the approved entrances for the event and help keep traffic moving safely.
